Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
We offer a variety of shipping rates directly from the shipping vendors. All estimates provided are on behalf of the postal service. All shipping rates are visible during checkout. 

Delivery Time
Economy shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.  If you require faster shipping, then please select it during checkout. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

International Shipping
Please expect some potential delays with shipments outside of United States.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at bhaalubooks@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can quickly resolve the issue.
